Cleaning

When the production is finished, the concrete mixer should be cleaned.

The preconditions of washing work are that the console is powered on, the air compressor and the host machine are turned on, and the system works in manual mode.

Press the washing machine button on the operation console, and the washing button will automatically stop the transmission belt, open the water inlet valve and discharge electromagnetic network of the water weighing bucket, start the drainage motor, and the mixer starts to water. After a period of time, the discharge door of the mixer will automatically open to drain water.

When the washing is finished, release the washing machine button. At this time, the water inlet valve of the water weighing bucket is automatically closed. After a few seconds, the discharge door of the water weighing bucket and the drainage motor close in white.

After the discharge door of the mixer is opened, it will always be in the open state. At this time, the discharge door of the mixer can be opened and closed manually according to the needs, so as to fully clean the mixer door.

Daily Inspection

(a) Check the working condition of the lubricating points of each rotating part every day and replenish the lubricating oil in time.

(b) Check the amount of lubricating oil in the lubricating oil cup of the mixer every day and replenish the lubricating oil in time.

(c) Check the oil level height of the oil mist eliminator on the gas path system once a week, and use lubricating oil with viscosity of 2.5-7 ° E.

(d) Every day before and after the start-up and shut-down, open the drainage to drain the condensed water from the air compressor and air storage tank.

(e) Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should be inspected weekly for looseness. If any looseness is found, they must be tightened in time, especially some parts subject to variable amplitude load.

(f) Check whether the equipment of water supply, gas supply and additive system is normal every day.

(g) Check whether the electrical control system of the mobile batching plant and all relative instruments are normal every day.

(h) Check whether the mixing shaft and the whole mixer are clean every day. If there is too much concrete on the mixing shaft, it must be cleaned manually.

(i) Clean or replace the filter screen in the dust collector of the powder tank every six months. () if the shutdown time is more than one week, the materials (such as cement, water, admixtures and various aggregates) in the metering hopper must be emptied, and the mixing machine and discharge hopper should be cleaned to avoid the material hardening. When cleaning the filter screen in the powder dust collector, it can not be washed with water, but can only be cleaned by air blowing or soft bristle brush.
