Among them, the HZS120 concrete mixing plant is the main export model, which is widely used in small and medium-sized key projects around the world due to its high adaptability and high stability. Its core technical parameters are precisely in line with overseas construction standards: theoretical output of 120m³/h, working cycle time of 60s, equipped with JS2000 forced twin-shaft concrete mixer (nominal capacity of 2000L, mixing power of 2×37KW), and PLD3200 batching machine (3-compartment design, compartment volume of 3×13m³), and belt conveyor with a conveying capacity of 300t/h, which can efficiently transport aggregates with a particle size ≤120mm. The metering system employs high-precision electronic weighing, with aggregate metering accuracy controlled within ±2% (weighing range 4500kg), cement and fly ash metering accuracy reaching ±1% (weighing ranges 1200kg and 400kg respectively), and water and admixture metering accuracy both within ±1% (weighing ranges 600kg and 30kg respectively).
