Long boom concrete pump trucks are core equipment for infrastructure projects, but their market prices vary greatly, with price differences of 2-3 times for models with the same boom length, making it difficult for many contractors to determine a reasonable budget range when purchasing. 1. Short boom length economy model (37-43 meters):

This is the high-volume model for rural infrastructure and residential projects in Southeast Asia and Africa. The configuration equipped with a domestically produced Sinotruk/Dongfeng export-specific chassis and a standard S-valve pumping system has an FOB price ranging from $115,000 to $165,000. If an imported Mercedes-Benz/Scania chassis is selected and the hydraulic system is upgraded, the price increases to $260,000 to $380,000. This class of machine has a theoretical displacement of 120-140 m³/h, covering construction of 6-12 story buildings, making it the first choice for small and medium-sized contractors.

2. General-purpose mid-long boom type (47-52 meters):

The main model for urban mid-rise buildings, municipal engineering, and small and medium-sized factories, and also the most competitive market segment with the most significant price gradients. The FOB price for the domestically produced high-configuration export version (customized export chassis, five-section lightweight boom, upgraded hydraulic system) is $190,000-$280,000; the overseas market price for the same specifications from leading international brands (imported chassis, complete Rexroth hydraulic system) can reach $660,000-$880,000, highlighting the significant cost-effectiveness advantage of domestically produced equipment.

3. Long-boom heavy-duty type (56-63 meters and above):

Designed for heavy-duty scenarios such as high-rise buildings and large commercial complexes, where both technical barriers and costs increase. The FOB price for the high-configuration version with a domestically produced chassis is in the $290,000-$420,000 range; the top-of-the-line model equipped with an imported high-end chassis and a six-section long boom can reach $650,000-$900,000, primarily targeting professional leasing companies and large-scale engineering contractors.

It is important to note that " concrete pump truck" quotes below $80,000 on the market are mostly for boom units without a chassis, or simple models only capable of pumping fine aggregate mortar, not engineering-grade concrete pump trucks capable of conveying 40mm aggregate. The configuration boundaries must be clearly defined when purchasing.



The price difference for the same boom length concrete pump truck essentially stems from the comprehensive differences in chassis, boom, hydraulic system, and certifications.

While domestically produced high-performance models may only cost 30%-40% of international brands, their core component lifespan is over 80% of that of international brands, resulting in a shorter return on investment period.
