With a tight project schedule, the equipment has maintained continuous operation for 16-18 hours per day, with a stable daily output of 1800-2000 cubic meters, exceeding 2200 cubic meters during peak construction periods. The capacity redundancy is sufficient, and it has never hindered the project schedule. The mixing homogeneity is excellent, with the concrete mortar density variation coefficient lower than the industry average, and the strength qualification rate of C30 to C45 grade concrete reaching 100%. Designed for the harsh working conditions of the Middle East, characterized by high temperatures and sandstorms, JS2000 concrete mixer features a multi-layered sealing structure at the shaft end to effectively prevent sand and dust intrusion. The wear rate of the high-manganese steel wear-resistant liners and mixing blades is significantly lower than that of similar equipment we previously used. Based on the current wear rate, the service life of vulnerable parts is estimated to exceed 8000 hours, greatly reducing the frequency and cost of downtime for replacements.
