Structure of concrete hollow brick making machine

The main structure of a concrete hollow block machine consists of the following parts: cloth distribution mechanism, rack, silo, pressure head, plate supply mechanism, lifting table, control cabinet and brick delivery frame.

(1) Distributing mechanism: mainly used to feed the materials in the silo into the forming mold. The raw materials include fly ash, construction waste, slag, coal gangue, river sand, stones and cement.

(2) Frame: Mainly support various parts of the equipment and bear the pressing force when the brick is formed. Made of high-quality steel.

(3) Silo: It is mainly used to store materials and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and durability.

(4) Indenter: It is mainly used to pressurize the molding of the equipment, and it is also used for demoulding in the middle of the work;

(5) Board supply mechanism: It is mainly used for conveying pallets. It is divided into two parts: front supply board and side supply board. This part is also equipped with scraper and oiling mechanism;

(6) Lifting table: It is mainly used to drag bricks and vibrate. It is used to form bricks when ascending and to pull out the shaped bricks when descending;

(7) Control cabinet: mainly used to install the control system of equipment;

(8) Brick delivery frame: mainly used to send the formed bricks on the worktable.
