Batch mixing system
The crushed and sieved construction waste aggregates are separately loaded into the batching bin of the batching system according to the size of the aggregate, and the raw materials are fed into the blender after being weighed according to a certain ratio;
Cement metering system
The metering system of a cement brick making machine adopts high-quality sensors, which have the advantages of impact resistance, good stability and dynamic measurement accuracy. The control system has three functions of independent measurement, cumulative measurement and simultaneous measurement;
Block forming host system
It is important to consider the reasonable matching of the material vibration parameters in the molding cycle, and it is convenient to preset the most parameters of the product ratio through the microcomputer configuration screen, so that the material can achieve the best vibration liquefaction effect;
Electrical control system
The core of the control part of the system is controlled by an industrial control computer. Effective manual or linkage control of the system through acquisition, manual operation of the switching signal, photoelectric travel switch signal and system load cell feedback signal;
Stacking machine system
It adopts mechanical transmission, self-propelled chassis stacking, stable lifting, high speed and accurate positioning. Each layer can smoothly lift 1 plate block and blank at the same time; steel structural parts are welded with high quality steel and have sufficient steel.
Palletizing hand hydraulic station
The system is a subsidiary part of the palletizing machine system, featuring smooth and reliable operation, and with auxiliary air cooling and heating system to ensure accurate and safe operation of the cement brick making machine in different areas in different situations.
