The mobile concrete mixing station is a concrete production equipment. First, the use of qualified raw materials

The raw materials for portable concrete mixing plants are generally: sand and gravel, cement, admixture, etc., when purchasing, the manufacturer should provide the product certification. The concrete mixing station material room should be sampled and sent according to the regulations. All raw materials must be inspected before use, and the unqualified raw materials should be cleaned up in time.

Second, in strict accordance with the mix ratio

The small mobile concrete mixing station should be strictly mixed according to the mixing ratio. In principle, the manual operation valve is not allowed. The input and modification of the mix ratio can only be operated by the concrete mixing station tester, and no one else can adjust it. The maintenance personnel of the concrete mixing station should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the mixing equipment and regularly check the metering and timing device.

Third, strict inspection of the concrete and then leave the factory

For concrete of different specifications produced by YHZS25 mobile concrete mixing plant, the tester shall carry out quality inspection on each concrete before exiting the station, including concrete slump, gas content, bleeding rate, water-cement ratio and other indicators. For the concrete arriving at the site, the tester in the work area should also carry out the test. After the indicators are qualified, they can enter the mold and timely feedback to the mixing station test room.
