Haomei Machinery, with years of experience in the concrete mixing equipment manufacturing industry, is a product manager deeply aware of the core demands of overseas markets for small concrete mixing plants: high efficiency, convenient transportation, compliance, and outstanding cost-effectiveness. Combining global infrastructure lightweighting trends with practical export experience, we have developed a series of small concrete mixing plants covering multiple scenarios and adaptable to various regions. These plants adhere to the core standards of the Chinese national standard GB/T 10171-2016 while also meeting international certification requirements such as EU CE and EN 206-1, precisely matching the engineering needs of major export markets in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Our small concrete mixing plant series focuses on "modular design, intelligent operation, and low-cost maintenance," and consists of three main models covering different production capacity needs, balancing professionalism and practicality. Each model embodies our deep understanding of the pain points in the export market.
The first model is the HZS25 small concrete mixing plant, emphasizing "convenience, efficiency, and suitability for small projects," and is one of our highest-selling export models. This model has a theoretical output of 25 m³/h and uses a forced-action mixing unit. The gap between the mixing blades and the drum wall is controlled within ±5mm to ensure concrete uniformity. It is compatible with various concrete grades from C15 to C40. Addressing the pain points of export sea freight, we adopted a modular design. The main station only requires two high-cube containers for transportation, significantly reducing cross-border logistics costs. Furthermore, it requires no complex foundation construction; installation can be done on a flat, hardened surface. Initial installation takes only two days, perfectly solving the core concerns of overseas customers regarding "difficult installation and expensive transportation."
The second model is the HZS35 small concrete mixing plant, positioned as "highly efficient and adaptable to multiple scenarios," catering to the transitional needs of small and medium-sized projects. Its output is increased to 35 m³/h, equipped with an intelligent metering system with a metering accuracy of 99%. It supports over-weighing and under-weighing compensation functions, meeting international engineering quality standards. The core components are made of high-chromium alloy, extending their lifespan three times that of ordinary materials. They are suitable for complex working conditions overseas, characterized by high humidity and dust. The fully enclosed dustproof design significantly reduces dust emissions, meeting environmental requirements in various countries, making it particularly suitable for municipal and residential projects in regions with rapid infrastructure development, such as the Middle East and Africa.
The third model is the HZS50 small concrete mixing plant, emphasizing "intelligent efficiency and customized adaptation," targeting overseas customers with needs for small-scale projects. With a production capacity of up to 50m³/h, it integrates a PLC intelligent control system, supporting Chinese, English, and multiple other language interfaces, allowing overseas operators to quickly learn how to use it. It also features remote monitoring capabilities for convenient digital management. We can customize equipment parameters according to the voltage standards and project requirements of different export regions, and provide a one-stop service including export customs clearance, installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance, with a 48-hour rapid response to overseas technical needs.
Years of export experience have taught us that overseas customers choosing small mixing plants value not only equipment performance but also adaptability and service guarantees. Our product series avoids the drawback of high prices associated with similar international products while addressing the lack of compliance issues in ordinary small equipment. Each model undergoes 300 hours of continuous durability testing to ensure stable operation even after long-distance transportation. Moving forward, we will continue to align with global green and intelligent trends, optimizing product details to provide overseas customers with more competitive small concrete mixing plant solutions, contributing to the lightweight development of global infrastructure.
