This plant was designed by practical needs of the client, equipped with a superior electronic system guaranteeing stable operation of the whole plant. This hzs50 plant consists of a JS1000 concrete mixer, a PLD1600 four-bin distributor, a cement silo, a screw conveyor and a control room, featured by high efficiency and reliable properties.
Our hzs50 concrete batching and mixing plant has an advanced full-automatic control system and a comprehensive screen display content that is easy to be operated. The plant is so environmental and economical that the whole concrete production process, including distributing, weighing, conveying and mixing is carried out in a sealed space. The plant is equipped with dust removers as well. The aggregate warehouse is large and convenient for feeding. The plant is of high standard steel profiles boasting solid quality and stable properties. The automatic system has three operation types available: full-automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation. It monitors operation state of the whole plant intensely and stops the plant automatically in case of failures, overloads, insufficient pressure and excessive heat.
