JZC350 towable concrete mixer is a new generation of mixer with a double-drum mixing tank. It rotates forward for material mixing and reversely for concrete discharging, able to yield both plastic and half dry concrete. JZC350 concrete mixers are widely applied in regular construction of buildings, bridges, roads, water conservancy projects and medium scale concrete parts factories. It’s so widely applied that many people just call it 350 drum mixer simply.

Features of JZC350 towable concrete mixer

1. Towable and fixable. If you want the mixer to be fixed, you can simply dig a pit in the ground and place the mixer in the pit. In this way the feed mouth is on the same level with that of the ground. Material feeding can be carried out more smoothly.

Structure of our JZC350 towable concrete mixer

The JZC350 towable concrete mixer is composed of a mixing drum, jockey pulleys, the drive system, the feeding system and the water supply system.

Mixing Drum

The mixing drum is the main working part of the mixer. Designed in a double cone shape, the drum has two pairs of high and low blades inside the cylinder, which are arranged in a cross shape and respectively have a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blade lift the materials which then drop because of gravity, in this way materials are stirred back and forth along the axial direction. The strong stirring lasts about 35~45 seconds before finished concrete is ready for discharge.

A pair of discharge vanes are welded in the discharge cone of the mixing drum to change the direction of rotation of the mixing drum, and the concrete is pushed from the low vane into the discharge vane and then discharged out of the cylinder.

The mixing drum is supported by four jockey pulleys, and the mixing drum drives the reduction gear box to drive the ring gear to rotate through the motor, so it can work stably even in bad weathers.

Drive System

The gearbox of the transmission system is a two-stage cylindrical gear reduction with a transmission ratio of 6.04248, a triangular pulley tree ratio of 2.3912, a ring gear ratio of 7.1111, and a total gear ratio of 102.7467. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixer drum is realized by the commutation of the motor.

Feeding Device

The feeding device of the JZC350 towable concrete mixer is composed of an upper hopper, a ladder, a long track and a landing track.

The lifting and climbing movement of the feeding hopper is driven by the output shaft of the gear reduction box through the feed clutch and the wire rope reel at the shaft end, and the clutch is controlled by the manual operating lever. The upper limit position of the hopper is automatically disengaged from the clutch by the limit device.

Water Supply Device

The water supply system consists of a motor, a water pump, a regulating valve and a pipeline.

 

After the motor is energized, the water pump can directly inject the water into the mixing drum and adjust the flow of the water through the regulating valve (the flow rate has been adjusted before the concrete agitator is send out of the factory). The amount of water required for agitation is controlled by the pump motor through a time relay in the electrical box. You can set a time for the required amount of water according to the given time flow relationship diagram which can be periodically checked or corrected as you need. The pump can be started by pressing of button on the left and the water supply circuit is automatically cut off after the set time is out. After the rotary button on the right rotates, press the button on the left to continuously supply water.Push the flushing pipe, connect the water pipe, and then you can rinse the outside of the mixer. The water supply will be normal again once the flushing tube is pulled out.
