2019-01-03 15:34:52

In a previous article we mentioned the problem of a concrete mixer truckers getting heavier. The root lies in solidification of concrete in the tank and other contacting parts. As said in the article, the most effective solution is to load and unload concrete as soon as possible. The other solution is to clean the tank and other parts of the truck immediately after the truck gets unloaded, which proves to be troublesome but essential. To clean your 6m3 concrete mixer truck, you must,

1. Flush the tank any time during delivery. After each discharge, use the water gun to flush the tank mouth, the blade, the feed port, the tank body and the corner horn to prevent the concrete from accumulating.

2. More essentially, you must thoroughly clean the tanker after daily delivery. After the daily delivery task, add more than 1 cubic meter of water to the tank and quickly rotate the tank for cleaning. A qualified company can also add stones to the tank, and the effect will be better.

How to fill water into the tank

1. Control the air pressure of tank

The tank air pressure has been set stable in advance before the concrete mixer truck gets out of the factory, thus generally there’s no need to readjust it. If it is necessary to readjust in case of special circumstances, it is recommended that the pressure is controlled at about 3.5Mpa, or else the pressure maybe too high and lead to explosion. In addition, in the daily use of a new car, it is necessary to tighten the pipe joint at any time to prevent it from falling off.

2. Water adding

The process of tank water supply for all trucks, including the 6m3 concrete mixer truck, is similar: tank ventilation-water filling--water valve closing. The leveler should be kept in the middle once it’s out of use.

3. Water emptying in winter

Water in the tank should be vented until the tank gets empty in winter, which can be strengthened by pressing compressed air to blow off the residual water in each pipe and prevent the pipe from freezing and cracking due to icing.
